Land Management Officer: 2 positions (Goondiwindi & Roma)

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to help a vibrant team promote sustainability and enhance the natural assets of the Queensland Murray-Darling Basin? If so, read on because The Queensland Murray-Darling Committee (QMDC) is searching for two exceptional Land Management Co-ordinators for the Border Rivers and Maranoa Balonne areas.

Based either in Goondiwindi or Roma, these positions form part of QMDC's technical teams. You will support QMDC's land management and other technical teams in the delivery of their programs and projects, and you may also be involved in the development and delivery of projects and services associated with QMDC's Business Development Unit.

We want you to join us if you love: working with a diverse team, delivering on-ground results and extending research and science to a wide array of stakeholders from students to landholders. It also helps if you don't mind the odd team-building morning tea, attending regional events and travelling to support your staff and stakeholder groups in person.

For more information contact Julia Telford on  07 4671 7905  or info@qmdc.org.au.

Closing date for submission of applications is 5pm, Friday 6th January 2012
