Fishing for our Region's Future - Community Briefing
Do you love to fish and think carp are a problem in your community?
Would you like to see higher numbers of native fish thriving instead?
Queensland Murray-Darling Committee and the National Carp Control Plan are hosting a series of community briefings with the first being held in Charleville at the RSL on Monday 26 February. You are invited to share your thoughts on how to improve the future of native fish and carp control in local waterways.
Your valuable input will help inform the National Carp Control Plan and contribute to an improved recreational fishing experience through a catchment-wide Native Fish Management Plan.
For more information or to register to attend, contact Landcare NRM Officer Thomas Foster on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0427 056 441.
